Do not use the KFC App for deliveries

I have ordered 4x burgers on the KFC Mobile App at 18:53, and received the following message.

We’ve received your order, and will deliver 11 March 2024 07:25:11 PM

An hour later after I ordered, I still have not received my food. I then called support line, and they told me that there is no driver. He told me they can refund me but will take 7 to 14 days.

I am really sorry, but this is not my problem. You have an app, and ask people to pay for food, but then can't deliver. Really unsatisfied client.
