DO NOT BUY FROM KFC ONLINE!!!!

On friday we placed an order online with KFC Maitland CT at 6pm. We waited for the delivery, nothing came yet we were billed. We then went to KFC to collect the order ourselves and we were firstly ignored after trying too engage the staff multiple times. we were then told they gave it to their driver an hour ago and they dont have the number so we have to sort it out its not their problem. I contacted customer care and spoke to Ashley who assured me he would call me back after speaking to the tracking department. No call back, no food...nothing. We then get a call at 8:30 from the driver saying they are there to deliver but we left the delivery address already. I then received a call Tuesday, asking for a statement of my bank account, proof of purchase and the order confirmation. I asked why is it that i have to give my personal information in order to get my money back? surely if it was purchased online it was paid for because it wouldn't be delivered if it wasnt paid for. The amount of attitude from the staff and the customer care consultant is disgusting as they speak to you like you an idiot. KFC Maitland will never amaze me and i will never purchase there again.
