Distasteful & uncooked food!!

Absolutely shocked at the poor quality of the meal i received after visiting KFC GateMax situated in Coastlands Umhlanga today at approx 12:50. Order no. 374. The drive through was quick and when i got to the ''collect'' my food - it was ready and given to me - i did not wait even 1 minute. I ordered, a sweet chilli box crunch master meal, small pops which was distasteful and hard like ROCK, mash & GRAVY (basically only received thick mash, barely any gravy). After a few distasteful awful bites i had to throw the entire meal away and waste my money R141.20!! The crunch master WAS NOT COOKED! Still frozen, hard, oily and COLD and looked like it was just taken out of a freezer and thrown a few seconds into the oil and then the wrap. The staff had loaded the crunch master with sweet chilli sauce to cover the uncooked meal!! It's pointless giving me the food within seconds of waiting if its going to be horribke, uncooked and a waste off my money! I am glad i have taken pictures for further investigation.I would rather wait longer for a properly prepared meal than receive something inedible and cold.

I have taken pictures of the food further investigation. I kindly request that this issue be looked into and that I am reimbursed for the unsatisfactory meal!!
