Distasteful meal

Good day, we purchased meals to the value of +/-R157 on Monday evening at your Promenade, Mitchell's Plain branch, I called in and spoke to Portia (manager on duty) informing her that the food was below sub standard, the chicken skin were dried out, the chips were hard & cold, the burger had almost no white kfc sauce on, the twister was dry. This amount of money means a lot to us and you expect everything to be tasty and delicious, not the **** below substandard food we received. I requested from Portia to have her area manager call me on Tuesday as to vent my dissatisfaction to him/her and I'm still awaiting a call. Pathetic non service I say.
