Dissatisfied with KFC

On 16 March 2023 my husband & I went to KFC Mansfield to buy an All-in-one feast. We used the drive-thru & after requesting thighs, instead of dry pieces or wings...we were given 3 thighs, 1 wing, 1 drumstick. When we opened the box, we saw 3 small thighs, smaller than the drumstick. We complained & then rather decided to go inside & speak to the manager. Upon entering, I was met by the Supervisor whom told me that these thighs were the only size they received & that the chickens were unfortunately probably small that they came from. I told her it cannot be that the drumstick is even bigger than the thighs & that it actually looked as if the thighs had been cut in half (that it wasn't full thighs). She just shrugged her shoulders & said that there was nothing she could do about it. I was very disgusted with paying R149.90 & receiving what should've been the main ingredients of the meal looking like a kiddies meal. I returned the meal, took my cash and left hge establishment. If this is the type of quality one is to expect of KFC, then I won't be buying any food items there again. Very frustrated for wasting my time, dissatisfied with the service & disgusted with the attitude of the staff.
