Dissatisfied service

I placed an order at 20:36 then at 21:10 i ask if my order is still coming as it was a large order then the cashier (Takalani) checked then at 21:20 she returns to tell me there is no pap. 10 mins later she returns to tell me there is no wings, i request a refund she tells me to wit another 10-15mins. I immediately call the call centre in the cashier presence to report i demand them arrange my refund because i cannot wait. I was given reference then i will wait to get my refund which God knows when. Totally utter nonsense
