Dissatisfied ex loyal KFC consumer!!!

Bad bad service, I placed an order on the KFC app on the 27th May for KFC Ontdekkers, Roodepoort. The money was deducted from my bank account but the delivery was never received. Until today I am battling to have my money reimbursed. I called the customer care line and was advised to call back after 10 as the app people only start work at 10. Seriously..what customer service is that...they absolutely suck!!! Dont order from KFC...Chicken Licken is much better tasting anyway!!!
