Dissatisfied customer relating to KFC greenfields east London

We stay 34km out of east London and the only KFC close to us is in greenfields area. I have now officially bought my last meal from this KFC. Everytime we buy there we go home with the wrong orders and I end up spending more money elsewhere in order to get exactly what I order. The service is appalling and the wait is incredibly long. We have reduced from buying the meals because the chips are always stale and upon ordering zinger we are given normal. It has now happened every occasion that we have stopped there and we will no longer be in support of KFC greenfields in east London
