Dissatisfied customer. Pathetic service

I WAS AT THE STORE ON THE 4 FEBRUARY TODAY IS THE 9 TH BUT I HAVE NOT RECEIVED ANY RESPONSE

I was at the store to buy as per receipt attached . I left the store at 22:05 after not getting any communication from the staff members after waiting for more than 30 minutes for my order.

I am very irate as a client as I was not treated well at the store . I asked to speak to the manager a guy by the name of Musa or Musa came after minutes requesting to speak to a manager which I found out later that he was not a manager as he said his name was X or Xolani .

What kind of a business is kfc Stellenbosch running. No one has a name tag except the lady making desert who apologized for the wait.

The cashier was very rude and back chatted as I was telling her that I was not happy with the service. I would appreciate if you would get back to me as soon as possible or if I can get the email address.
