Dissatisfied customer

Am very disappointed and utterly appalled in how kfc treats their customers. I made an order through their app,never received my order,after many calls and weeks later,only then they refunded my account, stupid me went and ordered again, they still didn't deliver my order,I called in more than 3 times with a promise to refund me 3+ weeks later,theres still no refund....kfc please refund me my money,I promise I'll never order anything from kfc
