Dissatisfied Customer

On the 23/09 at about 6:47pm I placed an order for KFC family meal at KFC Newlands. I was told the estimated delivery time was 45 minutes. An hour went by and I didn't receive my order. I called in and they said it's on its way. Waited half an hour more, still no meal. Called back, they said it already left. At 8:50pm my meal finally arrived. Called the complaint line and the lady spoke to the driver. When I checked the slip, it showed order called in at 6:47 and the order was only placed and hour later. I was appalled, who waits 2 hours for a meal to be delivered. It gets worse, I was told not to pay for delivery fee, BUT the food was cold by the time it got delivered to us. Terrible experience and not acceptable cause it inhumane to deliver food like that after all you should get what you pay for.
