Dissatisfied Customer

I don't know why but I always have a bad experience with KFC. On Friday 17 Jan 2020 at 17:25 I bought 1 x Streetwise 2 pap and 1 x Streetwice mix from this Kfc. Upon arrival at home I noticed that the Streetwise pap didn't have any gravy and the Streetwise mix only had 1 wing. I've been trying to call the *** number with no luck since Friday also tried again today at 09:29 from my office number and still no answer. The staff at KFC should learn to check and make sure that all stuff the customer ordered is inside and complete. It's not the first time this happened to me when buying from a KFC restaurant in town. I kept my till slip even after my fiancee said I must leave it I believe I'm not the only person who gets an incomplete order from KFC. I also bought the Masala chicken from KFC Kilnerpark over the Festive and my fiancee and I had stomach aches and runny tummies because of that raw masala and sugar they put on the chicken. I would appreciate it if my problem is resolved asap coz this was an inconvenience for me and my piance as he had to eat his pap with my mash and gravy imagine that.
