Dissatisfied customer

Today i wished to purchase a meal at kfc at the southway mall. I was not happy with the customer service given by the cashiers and that they did not have a working swiping machine i was rudely told that my purchase was declined not due to insufficient funds only to find out that it was due to issues with their card machine. I had asked if they can make the order and i would withdraw the cash to pay, again no response to my request. I than got the cash to pay and i had to wait in line for the order to be ready yet 30 minutes had went by, i than witnessed some customers orders were being filled that just paid while the rest of us had to wait, also pieces for meals has a wrapstabox meal which is a thigh was swiped for bigger pieces for certain customers.
