Dissatisfied

I am very Aggravated with the ladies that work at KFC Cape Town international airport , all staff members (LWANDOKWAZI) and friends /colleagues were rude and disrespectful throwing around insults in their Xhosa language thinking we would not understand, they gave us horrible and unacceptable behaviour . Date 2023/09/28 Time 21:30 in the evening . We have just landed we are exhausted and the last thing we wanted to encounter were horrible retailers , they refused to assist us and had a preference they cheated us our meal with half done meals , I rate it a minus
