Dissatisfied by KFC Newtown Junction Mall

I went to KFC Newtown Junction Mall on Tuesday the 29th of January 2019 to buy the R65.00 6 piece Tuesday special but was told that the special is not loaded on their system and was advised to instead by 6 piece with chips for R84.90. I did not as I only went for the R65.00 special. I feel that KFC is selling lies because some branches can not sell the advertised special, this is totally unacceptable.
