Dissatisfied by KFC in King Williamstown (Alexandra Rd)

I still have not received a remorseful response from KFC after not delivering a paid online order. Except that they will refund in 7 or 14 working days as though they don’t care about what happened they will just give me money back and we can part-ways a very disappointing way of handling the matter
