Dissatisfied and unhappy customer

I went to buy a Crusher today at KFC SOSHANGUVE CROSSING, and experienced the most horrible service ever. One of the ladies took my slip and continued to help other as if did not exist, I waited 20minutes then when I enquired about my oder they kept on asking each other about my order, until they asked the shift supervisor by the name of Reopile who gave a bad attitude and used melted ice cream to do my crusher. She did not even have the decency to give me my oder, but just left it by the counter until one of her colleagues asked her if it was my order, she did not even answer but instead gave her a nasty look. I like I wasted my money because I had to show it away.
