Dissatisfied and Fed up

This evening I went to buy supper at KFC Beacon Way Plettenberg Bay, I ordered at their drive through 2xStreetwise 5 as always when I buy many pieces they never disappoint to give all smaller pieces, worst part today all those pieces weren't burnt and tasteless due to the meat being burnt. I have logged complaints with KFC customer care about this store but there's no progress.I'm now fed up I think you have lost a customer.
