Dissatisfied

I made an order on the KFC App. I checked in my order at 17:13 when I got to the store KFC Athlone to be specific I had to enquire about the order, they then had to prepare the order and when I asked about my order at 17:30 the lady told me that's not my order but its for an Uber. I asked her what was inside the pack she then advised me, I then showed her the order on my phone then she gave it to me. I asked for sauce and spice a, she totally ignored me. I asked the one behind the till and she gave me 2 Tomato sauces and 2 spice. I told her that it's not enough as I ordered a 10 piece and extra burgers etc. With an attitude she gave me 2 more. It is the month of Ramadhan and me and my lil family was looking forward to our KFC feast.... Just to get home and see they only put in 9 pieces of chicken and the Chicken was so oily the skin was literally falling off the Chicken there was no batter on. I am really not satisfied.
