Dissatisfied

<p>Me and my family ordered the jalapeno and hickory smokey avo burgers and the streetwise two for my little one. Firstly: i honestly cannot fathom why you named the avo burger "smokey". I was hoping it would live up to its name but to my surprise, it tasted like the Colonel burger with a tasteless dolop of avo, some cruchy bits and the funky pink sauce you use in the colonel burger. Needless to say, it tasted like i made it. Secondly: my experience today led me to think that the streetwise 2 is the best seller at that store (It could also explain the lack of quality in the so called "creations burgers") because when my wife had a taste of my son chips and chicken, they were both not warm or hot like normal. So i concluded that they make these in advance and leave them in the kitchen until someone comes along and buys them, which is pathetic. Especially when you have a sign that reads "did you know our meals are freshly prepared by our trained chef Freddy". Customers can taste the difference. Quality should matter!</p>
