Dissatisfied

I am very disappointed in ordering through KFC Eersteriver, I ordered the All Rounder feast meal which contains 8pieces of chicken, 4 zinger wings, 2snack burgers,2 chips and 2 coleslaws and then you get 2 cokes with. The problem is I have not received my snack burgers and not the zinger wings. I contacted them they told me they packed it but I did not receive them. I paid for my order to be delivered to my door, I am so disappointed as I wanted a complete meal for my family just to get half my order, our food was cold. this is the second time this happened.
