Dissatisfied

I purchased an All start meal and a cappuccino for the from your Empire Hillside KFC at 8:23am on the 24 May 2025. Cashier Thoko 64. It was a drive through order.

I was very disappointed, firstly the cappuccino came half full, to my horror when I got to work and wanted to eat my meal for breakfast I found that it was so hard and stale, the chicken was tough and rubbery. I have eaten this meal many times and I know the difference.

Seriously I am do disgusted and disappointed that I had to throw my meal in the bin.

Not sure why I was not serve a fresh meal, it looks like I was given yesterday's leftover chicken. so unhealthy and disturbing.
