Dissatisfaction with KFC service

I am Siphelo Dom residing in King Williamstown. Yesterday (Friday 15th May 2026) I placed an order online at around 17:45 for delivery, the KFC is the one at Cartchart Street it was a bucket of (9pieces), shortly after placing the order successfully I received an SMS to confirmed my order which was paid for.

After waiting for 2hours we decided to call and my wife spoke with some guy who told us they did not receive anything on their side now that was really shocking as I have already paid. He asked to call me back as he was double checking. He phoned back only to let us know that he found nothing he will call us tomorrow to try and resolve our issue and it ended there.

The KFC is the one in Alexandra Rd. Till now my issue is not resolved I have not been called back as promised by the guy I spoke with, I have not received my order or at least a refund I AM NOT HAPPY AT ALL WITH THIS KIND OF SERVICE . My number is ***/***
