Dissatisfaction with food order

I was with a colleague and we decided to get lunch at KFC.

I ordered a Wicked Zinger Box Meal.

We had to get back to work in a hurry as our lunch time was almost over so I checked the order when we got to the office.

There was only the top half of the roll and white sauce when I clearly asked for zinger sauce. The bottom part of the burger was missing.

How does someone just not add the bottom half of the roll when the chicken fillet has to go on it and why was white sauce on it whe. I clearly asked for Zinger sauce?

Thia has left a bad taste in my mouth and just does not make me feel like going bavk to KFC anymore. This is not the first instance at one of their stores. This is putrid!
