DISsatisfaction guaranteed

I do not remember the last time I had a good experience at KFC. In fact, I do not remember the last time I had a meal a KFC because on the last two occasions I was there, I ended up leaving because I was not served. Not that the service was bad, there was NO service.

The first was at KFC Florida (Just down the road from the Licensing centre). After waiting at that intercom thing for 10 minutes and repeatedly saying hello to myself, I drove to the window. The staff carried on like I wasn't there, this happened for about 20 minutes. I parked there for about 20 minutes at 7:30 in the morning on my way to work and nothing. I had a similar experience at KFC Protea Point in Soweto. So clearly the problem is KFC as a brand.

I have recently tried out Chicken Licken and I will recommend the same to everyone I know. KFC has taken advantage of the fact that they hold a mini monopoly in the fried chicken space. Well my friends and family will no longer go there if I have anything to do with it.
