Dissappointed customer

We bought a shared meal on Sunday at the fish hoek branch. The chicken was fried in dirty oil cause the batter was dark and it had a dirty oil taste to it really wasn't nice. We previously bought from them on our beach trips and didn't have this problem but Sunday chicken was really disappointing and we were already to far to take it back
