dissappointed

hi im writting for the second time concerning KFC Edenvale, first service is very poor and on Tuesday 10th went there bought 9 piece special for my kids BOOM KFC did it again almost all the nine pieces we burnt and very smelly. Due to bad weather on that day could not go and confront them . Was left with no choice but to throw away the chicken pieces and settle with the large chips.

im so dissappointed worse its not the first time im experiancing this.
