Dissappointed

I sent this e-mail to KFC Headoffice the same day as that we ordered 19 November 2021

"To whom it may corncern, With the lockdown and the average person's financial state of affairs we had a bit of extra income this month, and decided to spoil ourselves with KFC. My fiance, stepson and myself always enjoy the wicked zinger box meal (with zinger dressing) , and add a 6 nugget meal for our cats. We ate our chips and mash and gravy first, and kept the wings and zinger burger for later. The chips was good....then we got to the mash and gravy and my fiance's first remark was that it was tasting very salty. We realised that there was almost no mash and a lot of gravy in the bowl which explained the over salty taste. We ate the wings a bit later and there was almost no "zing" (spicy) in the zinger wings. We were disappointed but didn't know what was to follow......the zinger burger was NOT SPICY at all. It was a normal colonel burger with original dressing. There was almost no lettuce and very little dressing. We've never had a problem with KFC (Selcourt) and were very very disappointed. Maybe you need to look into this and we really hope our next beloved zinger box meal will be worth our money. One positive thing about it was that my cats at least enjoyed their nuggets.. They contacted me the same day, requesting some information. I rep**** to all the questions. On the 21st I recieved a e-mail from Thobile Msibi stating that I could not be reached and to please provide an alternative contact number. As I do not have an alternative number I gave my cell number again ***. Yesterday 3rd of December, this was my final reply "Not even an appology, guess we'll have a other take away in future"

What a dissapointment, an alternative number to contact me was the "biggest" concern but they could contact me via e-mail the entire time. Nobody else have had any problems getting hold of me on my cell before so I'm left with my own conclusion
