Dissapointing service from KFC

It's a Tuesday, I'm at the Bracken Hurst square KFC to buy the Tuesday special and I am told I can't buy it because it's not loaded on their system. I find that to be very *********** and unfair on me as a customer. It's KFC's duty to ensure that their systems are up and running, the customer should not be inconvenienced. I'm very disappointed at KFC... What a waste of my time and petrol!
