Dissapointed

I just had the most disgusting service at KFC eastpoint mall in Boksburg. There was nobody by the counter and I asked who can serve us. The lady by the name of Mbali Ngcobo swore me tongue point everybody was watching. Apparently the manager is Pinky who took no authority to the situation and just laughed. I am shocked and dissapointed at this situation as I am a loyal customer to KFC. This lady even had the nerve to tell me voeteg! How r u guys training your staff?
