Dissapointed customer

I'm so so disappointed by the service that I got from kfc in soshanguve plaza.. I was assisted by a lady called Antoinette mashaba(128) on drive through.. That lady doesn't know how to communicate with people, first she didn't greet me when i approached her, she was rude when i asked questions as i was indecisive about what I wanted to order, she was impatient with me she just wanted me to get straight to the point even her facial expression was so rude.. I love kfc but I'm so dissapointed so much about her service. Even after the service she just didn't say anything or thank you for coming to KFC. I just left. I understand that sometimes as human beings we can be frustrated but we shouldn't take this out on customers.
