Dissapointed

i got the shop at 8:45 am today, i ordered four hot wings, crunch wrap and streetwise two,just 5 min later i was informed that i will have to wait 10 min for meat, then if i wish to cancel the meat alone they will then refund that then i will get my wings and chicken wrap, i said no problem i will cancel the streetwise two, then i realised people who came after me received their orders while i was there and guess what my order was given to the orther person luckly he was eating there and i ordered a take away while im waiting for more than 10min now the guy come to front and show them that he got the wrong order,they then realised it was mine, the manager SANDILE took the same order put it in a bag with a open chicken wrap, he then gave it to me i asked me how can he give me the order that was give to somebody else he dinied it , and i watched him as he did that, i then cancelled everything, my time was wasted i even got late to work for what because at the end i never got what i wanted, i called customer care, was advised that my query will be sorted they will call sandile, and guess what i called again to confirm if SANDILE was contacted, was still told that they will call him
