Dissapointed

Very bad service. I had a terrible experience at kfc Randfontein with rude and *********** staff. I however laid a complaint and never received any feedback. I just received a message that my case would be dismissed within 72 hours if bo further action is taken. I'm tired of these fast food chain restaurants that can't give their employees proper customer care training and then we have to put up with such miserable ordeals. I'm afraid I won't be a customer of any kfc as I feel their just useless if ever you have a complaint.
