Dissapointed

<p>I visted KFC Maynard Mall on the 21st December 2016. When my order arrived i was disgusted by what i was served. The food was raw and you could litterally taste the flour on the chicken. The chips looked like it was made days ago. i then sent an email to there customer service line. i immediately received an email saying that they have received it and will get back to me. Days passed and i received an email saying this matter has been resloved. I then contacted the customer care centre and requested to find out how as i havent even heard from them the lady then checked and claimed that someone tried to contact me a few times and didnt get hold of me but she will get them to call me immediatel. Just like the few times they tried to call there was evidence of this on my phone and to date i have not heard a thing. I then forwarded them the email again with no response. For people who advertise to be keen on customer service this is really poor service</p>
