Disrespectful towards their customers

On the 29th April 2022 my family and I went to KFC Shongweni or Tshongweni in Katlehong. We ordered our food i then realised that not everything i ordered was in the bag. Mash was not packed, and it doesn’t end there. When i opened one of the boxes, pap had fingers and it looked like someone was eating it and left it and it was given to us. I phoned their customer care which i was advised to send an email to customer care. I sent an email with my slip and pictures of the food we received. On the 2nd May they sent an apology and advised that i will receive a call from the manager. Until today noone has called. I just want my money back nothing else because they know what they did as i have even sent them pictures. I feel disrespected by everyone who was there on that day.
