Disrespectful staff member at Sky City Mall

I waited for over 3 minutes at the drive through in you Sky City Mall branch because your staff member has a VERY bad attitude ...!! Unheard of.. If there were Negative stars, you'd get them today for customer service or the lack of it!! I have your disrespectful employee, who deserves discipline and training, on record. I would like to escalate the matter and I demand an investigation into this matter!! We don't drive all the way to your store to be met with disrespect and condescending attitudes, your staff needs to know this, and they must know it now and going forward!! We can't be dealing with people that think we came to buy from their homes when they are at work!!

That attitude must stop!!
