Disrespectful service/staff

I never expect the best service when I visit my nearest KFC branch (Protea heights), but tonight was by far the worst experience I had. When I asked if they could put something in the same box the lady working at the counter simply told me no! Then I asked her please could you do it, because they always do it for me she said "yes, fine." Came to the window opened the bag and still they didn't do what I asked. Gave the box back and asked them nicely to do it - with a smile she took the box back and said "no problem". Waited for about 10/15 minutes for them to give my food back and got home and still they didn't put the food in the same box as requested.

It is not just about the box, but simply them showing a costumer they will not do as requested - which I find to be very rude and disrespectful. To top everything, I also found a hair in my twister. I'm really not happy with KFC and something must be done!!
