Disrespectful customer handler

Whent to a kfc in capetown cbd in long street. Spoke to the person at the till about this new masala chicken they have going how it tasted ect. The manager with the name of rafeeqe cam and told me its the besr try it ect. I then tried and was not happy becouse i just tasted salt chicken was raw. I called him just to give my feed back not expecting anything. He then told me if i dont like the product i shouldnt come eat their again as his wife is a chef and she loves it. And im just one out of 2000 people whos opinion does not matter. The service i got was completely ****. If kfc is promoting a new thing we as customers have all the right to give our feedback. They should train their people how to have proper customer service im deeply disapointed.
