Disregard for people in general

Today the 25th September 2023 at 13:00 we deove thru the Bedworthpark Center KFC in the Vaal. Where we found the drive thru to be offline and the menu still on breakfast AT 13:00 STILL ON BREAKFAST. We had ro order inside as I had mentioned above that the drive thru was offline. We ordered at the self service kiosk with the help of one of the team members there, no receipt was printed out. We waited for 50 minutes while order after ours were called for collection. Our order was sitting there the whole time behind the lady calling out orders and she kept moving it to the side. She couldn't call it out because one of them gave our receipt to someone else and therefore she didn't know whose order that was. My toddlers cried as the food was taking forever, one of them cried to sleep. Had I not fetched the order at the counter, we would still be there. Very disappointed and angry. The level of disregard I experienced there was beyond an apology. You'll never see us again. Its as if the food was donated to us and we had not paid for it. They didn't couldn't even reprint our receipt so we can use their survey platform to write this compliant. DISAPPOINTED ON A HIGHER LEVEL
