Disqustingly dirty toilets

Kfc on the corner of long street in Cape Town toilets are disqusting and there staff is rude and unprofessional,and to top it off they keep the toilets locked i can understand if you keep it locked so that only customers can use it but to keep it looked when it's is so filthy and reals of pee is beyond humanity.

I whent into the store at around 9am to get something to eat but also I needit to use the ladies room I walked past the worker Simon who was standing near the entrance of the toilet he saw me walking there and knew it was locked as he had the key but still said nothing he just walked away in the other direction and whent to go stand by the door and had a conversation with a guy not a Co worker as the guy did not have kfc work Chlothes on i then got to the door felt it was locked and then decided to order and then ask for thr key the lady at the front said I can get the key by Simon he was still standing at the door with the other man in conversation as I approached him i noticed another lady waiting on him for the guy he could not care less he continued his conversation until I got to him and asked can he give the key please he then said goodbye to the guy he was taking to and walked to the toilet without a care in the world or any pace it was like walking behind a 2 year old i then asked him could you please walk faster he then had then rep**** with What and just continued walking on his own pace we eventually got the toilet as he opened the door you could already smell the pee and when i entered you could see the floor was filty the toilet itself was disqustingly dirty i left as i could not use an unhygienic toilet like and felt the toilet sick on my stomach for ordering food in an organization that toilets looked like that and it was inside the store as I left the toilet I noticed there was a cleaning roster and I could not believe it was signed at 9 to say it was cleaning but it was in the state it was in..
