Disorderly behaviour

I wish to make a complaint against KFC Weltervreden. I went to buy a two plain ice cream cones and a large chip. We were subjected to continual screaming from the staff behind the counters and the people at the back including both men and women, screaming at the staff in the front. A person come to have a meal or an ice cream and instead you are forced to endure screaming continually, this is not a playground where one has to tolerate screaming children (they were not shouting but screaming and doing so whilst being in very close proximity to one another) - This branch needs to learn from KFC Clear Water how to work in a calm and distinguished manner with customers and there volume of people is far more. I also did not receive neither my till slip nor change from R10.00 for two plain ice cream cones. This is matter of principle as if I had short paid I would quickly be reprimanded and coerced into paying the change required.
