Dismissive people and consistently disappointing service

KFC Sunvalley has Consistently horrible service. They always make you wait at the front when going through the drive through. this is dangerous as they share the space with a very busy petrol station and we have to disrupt the flow of traffic in order to get to the waiting area. The staff are also quite rude and dismissive when we question why we have to always wait in the front.
