Dismisal/Alexander Forbers

I was working at KFC in Free State Bothaville and I was dismissed with a group of my colleagues for non valid reasons on 29 July 2017, the case is still with CCMA, the lately were told that we will get out payout from Alexander Forbes as the employer/Manager has submitted claims for us without our knowledge, my colleagues that I was dismissed with got their payout and when I call Alexander Forbes I am told that there is an investigation pending before I can get my refunds so I must speak to my employer, I need assistance as I have no knowledge of that investigation that was not done on my colleagues that I was dismissed with got their funds without any issues when I phone KFC they put me from pillar to post, I need assistance to resolve this matter.
