DISHONEST STAFF!!!!!!!!!!!

Yesterday morning we went to KFC Warwick drive thru & order 2 brekkie crunch wraps the cashier asked us if we want it with cappuchino we said no because we thought that there would be an extra charge for it, when we got to the collection window the lady who gave our order asked us again if we want the cappuchino, again confused we said no, then my hubby asked her if we have to pay for the cappuchino she asked the cashier & she told us yes we have to purchase the cappuchino separate. This morning we went to KFC Queensmead Mall this time we ordered 6 brekkie crunch wraps & they said it does come with the wrap at the same price. I feel so ******. The staff at KFC Wawick are all in this together they are ***** & *******, how many other customers they are doing this to!!!!!!!!!! I will never buy from that branch ever again coz if the dishonest staff!!!!!!!!!!!!
