Dishonest

I bought a street wise 2 at kfc Bloemfontein Central Park... With another piece a wing so so small i then wrote to them on Facebook book messager with a slip and picture of the 2 piece.... They then said they will contact me and they proceeded to send me messages wanting me to call them... They called of which it rang for 2 seconds when i followed up with them they send again another message saying that they are closing the matter as they can't reach me... What piece me off it was not the first time buying from the same store and i got such small pieces i let it go last time i couldn't not let it go this time
