DISGUSTINGLY INEDIBLE KFC

I complained about some disgusting food served by KFC, Key West, Krugersdorp on 17th December 2018 and have not had any reply from KFC. They are obviously either asleep, totally *********** or they just don't care about customer satisfaction.

Here is a copy of my e-mail after logging my complaint online:

We just bought two Colonel Burgers, two pieces of Centre Breast, a mini-loaf and mash and gravy from Kentucky at Key West in Krugersdorp. What a disappointment!!!! 1. The burgers seem to get smaller continuously and more and more tasteless - if it were not for the extra sauce we added if would have been the blandest meal we ever had. 2. The centre breast was tough and totally tasteless - we may as well have eaten soaked cardboard. 3. In the bag we got there were about 8 serviettes and one, yes JUST ONE sachet of tomato sauce!! Had we divided this between the two burgers and the two pieces of chicken, you would not even be able to taste it.

I forgot to add on my online complaint: On top of it all, my favourites were no longer available on your menu!

This was my very last visit to KFC!!!
