Disgusting swrvice

Last night, Saturday the 9th of July i had the worst experience at the Lottery branch in Cape Town. It was around 10pm and i waited for an hour to eventually receiving food. There were so many staff but the delivery was terrible. When my chicken arrived thinking I had to wait because chicken not fried i got served cold chips and chicken. I couldn't understand this. Customers were frustrated waiting for more then an hour for their food. Really disgusting service.
