Disgusting supervisor, arrogant and unhelpful: Nomusa

I'm a loyal and regular customer of KFC, Merebank. However, the attitude of the staff needs desperate attention. I purchased some eats during the day and then later in the evening went in again to get a family feast. The staff member gave me wings that were quarter the normal size and when I complained she said there was nothing she could do. The pieces were tinier than my big toe!!! I have photos of the pieces. She was arrogant and unhelpful. Instead, I believe there is a racket running there because I also saw a customer buy some stuff that came to R16 and she gave him the goods but didn't give him a cash sale slip. I'm sure your investigation will show that this happens often and we don't bother when we are in a hurry to ask for a slip, but it seems like they pocket the money for these quick orders. I am very annoyed because the supervisor, Nomusa was so stubborn and seemed uninterested in me as a client. She just stood there, glaring and said all the pieces come like that. Now I frequent other KFC's too, but never received such shoddy service or such tiny pieces!! I wish someone will look into my complaint and get the staff there to change their attitude. It is really putting us off from going there. Not to mention the hoards of beggars outside this branch who harrass us endlessly and swear at us if they are not given some money. The drunken car guards outside this KFC are a menace with the abusive language they use and their constant fighting and shouting. I know that these things may be beyond your control, but it just makes the whole experience very scary and risky. However, all I am interested in, is getting someone to take my complaint about the supervisor, Nomusa and her attitude seriously. Please contact me urgently because it is sad to be treated like this when we are loyal customers and have been nothing but polite in all our dealings with your staff.
