Disgusting stinking service

I was at Thembisa Mall on the 22.01.2021 I wairef on the que from 7h30pm till 8h03 pm wgen I got to the foor I was told that the store is closed then the manager ket me in. At a till Mary told me that she can't sell me zinger wings as she was ordered from the back. I then requested the manager again to come help me. After 15 minutes I was then told thet can sell me wings. I need something to be done about their service asit is disgusting. My number is ***
