DISGUSTING STAFF ATTITUDE - KFC MUSGRAVE BRANCH

Completely disgusted by the service received, firstly when I greeted the server and asked how she was she just stared blankly at me-clearly manners and common courtesy mean nothing. She then proceeded to assist people jumping the queue while doing her best to show how little she was interested in my order, after eventually placing the order, I asked for my slip and was told no slips-never in my life have I heard of this before?? With no slip, I hung around waiting and after about 20/25 minutes and seeing people, who arrived after me receive their food, I asked the server when my order would be ready, she then walked straight up to the collection area, collected the packet-which had been sitting for well over 10 minutes, and all but threw it over the counter. Aside from her general rudeness, she blatantly ignored the fact that my crunch burger had been sent from the kitchen within 5 to 10 minutes of my order, she saw me standing there waiting and just ignored me, assisting other people timeously. KFC needs to seriously train their staff on common courtesy and manners, this is not the first time we've experienced this kind of behavior and quite frankly blatant ******, its disgusting!
